A Meeting of the Planning Board will be held on Thursday, January 20,2022 at 7:00 P.M. via ZOOM Webinar. The meeting will be broadcast live on WHOH-TV 75 or FIOS 43 and http://whoh-tv.org.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law to the contrary, the meeting will be conducted remotely in accordance with the Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021 in light of the public health and safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, there will be no public participation in-person. Members of the Board and Village Staff participating in the meeting will be participating remotely through videoconference.
The Board will use Zoom, a web-based videoconferencing service, to conduct the meeting. The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments during the appropriate time. Comments can also be emailed before and during the public hearing to: cminozzi@hastingsgov.org.
The meeting will be recorded and a transcript of the meeting will be available at a later date.

IV. OLD PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Final Site Plan Approval – Application of 15 Spring Street Realty, LLC, for the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new structure creating a mixed-use occupancy to include 10 parking spaces in the basement, 1 retail space and 1 dwelling unit on the first level, and 6 total dwelling units on the second and third levels at their commercial property located at 15 Spring Street. Said property is in the CC Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.30-22-34 on the Village Tax Maps.
2. Subdivision Approval of the application of SGA Brothers Reality II, LLC, for the subdivision of their property located at 7 Nepera Place & 0 Farragut Avenue, pursuant to the provisions of Section 295-120 of the Village Code, a subdivision that creates a non-conforming lot as well as a conforming building lot. Said property is in R-7.5 Zoning District and is known as 4.150-155-3 & 15 on the Village Tax Maps.
V. NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. New Accessory Apartment Approval – application of Annabelle Rolland – 60 Washington Avenue. Waiver required for off-street parking space.
2. View Preservation Advisory – Application of Daniel & Christina Cleary for an addition of a 2nd floor extension and balcony plus front stoop to their single-family dwelling located at 200 Warburton Avenue. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.130-139-16 on the Village Tax Maps.
3. View Preservation Advisory – Application of Timothy Whalen for an addition of a 2nd story & 2-story rear addition to their two-family dwelling located at 360 Warburton Avenue. Said property is located in the R-7.5 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.100-94-19 on the Village Tax Maps.
