Application for the extension of variances granted by ZBA on December 13, 2012
The requested extension of previously granted approvals was granted at ZBA’s meeting on January 23 on a condition that the prescribed notification and mailings be done to see if there is any adverse reaction to the ZBA’s action.
The notice of this action was posted in papers on February 7, 2014 and mailings done as required. Building Department did not receive any comments or inquiries about this application and/or ZBA’s action.
