1. ***Deferred to Future Meeting** Subdivision Approval – Application of SGA Brothers Realty II, LLC, for the subdivision of their property located at 7 Nepera Place & 0 Farragut Avenue, pursuant to the provisions of Section 295-120 of the Village Code, for the creation of two building lots and a new single-family dwelling.  Said property is in R-7.5 Zoning District and is known as 4.150-155-3 & 15 on the Village Tax Maps.
 
2. ***Deferred to Future Meeting***Subdivision and Steep Slopes Approval – Application of Richard & Joe Abirizk for the creation of two conforming lots for two proposed single-family dwellings on their property located at the corner lot of Warren Street & Pearl Street, pursuant to the provisions of Section 295-115 & 295-147 of the Village Code.  Said property is in R-10 Zoning District and is also known as SBL: 4.110-121-1.1 on the Village Tax Maps.
 
3. Steep Slopes Approval – Application of Nina & Sean Hayes for a new deck, new patio and hot tub at their single-family dwelling located at 41 Summit Drive. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.40-30-4 on the Village Tax Maps.
 
4. Re-subdivision Approval – Application of Edward Baldwin and Gillian Anderson & Malcolm and Victoria MacDougall for the re-subdivision of their properties, as per Sections 295-120 of the Village Code, for a lot line adjustment. Said properties are located at 73 & 75 Washington Avenue, creating non-conforming conditions relating to accessory structures. Said properties are located in the MR-1.5 Zoning District and are known as SBL: 4.70-51-14 & 1 on the Village Tax Maps.
 
 
IV.         NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Steep Slopes Approval – The Hearing will be held on the application of Roger Torda & Kathleen Sullivan for Steep Slopes Approval, as per Sections 249-4, for the replacement and enlargement of the rear deck and front steps on their property located at 17 Wilson Place. Said property is located in the R-7.5 zoning district and is known as SBL: 4.80-65-12 on the Village Tax Maps.
 
2. Accessory Apartment Approval – The Hearing will be held on the application of Douglas Brkich for approval to create a new Accessory Apartment, as per Section 295-67D.2(b), in his single-family dwelling at 67 Southgate Avenue. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.90-87-5 on the Village Tax Maps.  Waivers required: Square Footage: Proposed – 41.7%; Required Max – 33%; 8.7% waiver required.
 
3. Accessory Apartment Approval – The Hearing will be held on the application of Ida Lee Elliott for approval to create a new Accessory Apartment, as per Section 295-67D.2(b) in her single-family dwelling at 17 Southgate Avenue. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.120-125-3 on the Village Tax Maps.  No waivers required.
 
4. View Preservation Advisory – Application of Bryan & Kanchan Kinkade for a second-story rear addition w/balcony & screened-in porch on their single-family dwelling located at 390 Warburton Avenue. Said property is located in the MR-O Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.100-94-10 on the Village Tax Maps.
