Item III - OLD PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Amended View Preservation Advisory and Amended Site Plan Approval –
Application of Zero Nodine, LLC, for the construction of a new building containing
6 townhouse units on its property at 0 Warburton Avenue (aka Nodine Street),
pursuant to the provisions of Sections 295-82 and 295-104. Said property is
located in the MR-1.5 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.100-94-7 & 8 on the
Village Tax Maps.
2. Subdivision Approval – Application of SGA Brothers Reality II, LLC, for the
subdivision of their property located at 7 Nepera Place & 0 Farragut Avenue,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 295-120 of the Village Code, for the creation
of two building lots and a new single-family dwelling. Said property is in R-7.5
Zoning District and is known as 4.150-155-3 & 15 on the Village Tax Maps.
3. Subdivision and Steep Slopes Approval – Application of Richard & Joe Abirizk
for the creation of two conforming lots for two proposed single-family dwellings
