PLACE: The meeting will be conducted in accordance with Executive Order 202.1. As such, the meeting will be held virtually via videoconference using the ZOOM platform and able to be seen live on Channel 75 (Cable), or Channel 43 (FIOS), or streaming live on www.whoh-tv.org. Members of the Planning Board and staff participating in the meeting will be doing so remotely through videoconference. Furthermore, there will be no public participation in-person; however, all public comments will be heard via email at planningboard@hastingsgov.org. 1. Application of Michael & Stacy Silverman for Site Plan approval, as per Section 295-104 of the Village Code, and View Preservation Advisory, as per Section 295-82 of the Village Code, for exterior renovations, construction of a 2nd rear deck and 2 storage units at their multi-family dwelling located at 395 Warburton Avenue. Said property is located in the MR-O Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.70-52-1 on the Village Tax Maps.

2. Application of Brian & Andrew Korb for Site Plan Approval, as per Section 295-104 of the Village Code, View Preservation Advisory, as per Section 295-82 of the Village Code, and Off-Street Parking Waiver Recommendation, as per Section 295-22 w/295-36A of the Village Code, for exterior addition/renovations, construction of a rear deck and conversion of a mixed- use building to a two-family dwelling, at their building located at 447 Warburton Avenue. Said property is located in the MR-O Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.70-52-20 on the Village Tax Maps.
