A Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Thursday, April 22, at 8:00 P.M. via ZOOM Webinar. The meeting will be broadcast live on WHOH-TV 75 or FIOS 43 and http://whoh-tv.org.
A meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 8 p.m. It will be conducted in accordance with Executive Order 202.1. As such, the meeting will be held virtually via videoconference using the ZOOM platform and able to be seen live on Channel 75 (Cable), or Channel 43 (FIOS), or streaming live on www.whoh-tv.org. Members of the Zoning Board and staff participating in the meeting will be doing so remotely through videoconference. Furthermore, there will be no public participation in-person; however, all public comments will be heard via email at zoning@hastingsgov.org. Relief from the strict application of the Village Code Section 295-68F.1(c) for a screened porch over an existing deck at his home at 44 Cochrane Avenue. Said property is in the R-10 Zoning District and is also known as SBL: 4.110-104-2 on the Village Tax Maps.
Variances are sought for Side Yard Non-Conformity:
Side Yard: Existing – Side 1 – 18 ft., Both – 38 ft.; Proposed – Side 1 – 7.17 ft., Both – 27.7 ft.; Required Min. – Side Yard

Variances are sought for Side Yard Non-Conformity:
