PLACE: The meeting will be conducted in accordance with Executive Order 202.1. As such, the meeting will be held virtually via videoconference using the ZOOM platform and able to be seen live on Channel 75 (Cable), or Channel 43 (FIOS), or streaming live on www.whoh-tv.org. Members of the Planning Board and staff participating in the meeting will be doing so remotely through videoconference. Furthermore, there will be no public participation in-person; however, all public comments will be heard via email at planningboard@hastingsgov.org. III. OLD PUBLIC HEARINGS

1. Application of Peter Vikar & Elizabeth Rizzo (contract vendee) for Steep Slopes Approval, as per Sections 249-4 of the Village code, for a new dwelling on their property located at 0 Hollywood Drive. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.20-17-2.2 on the Village Tax Maps.

2. Application of Brian & Andrew Korb for Site Plan Approval, as per Section 295-104 of the Village Code, for exterior addition/renovations, construction of a rear deck and conversion of a mixed- use building to a two-family dwelling, at their building located at 447 Warburton Avenue. Said property is located in the MR-O Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.70-52-20 on the Village Tax Maps.

IV. NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS

1. Application of Donna Polizio & Aaron Feliz for Site Plan Approval, as per Section 295-104 of the Village Code, for the reconfiguration of an existing three-family dwelling to include new windows, a new rear semi-pervious patio and, as per Section 295-56(3) of the Village Code, the reconfiguration and reconstruction of the rear egress stairs at their multi-family property located at 65 Hillside Avenue. Said property is in the R-7.5 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.80-62-20 on the Village Tax Maps.
