1. Accessory Apartment Permit Renewal – Application of Augusto Carrozzi – 31 Farragut Avenue – SBL: 4.80-62-5. Waivers required for square footage and parking.
2. View Preservation – Application of Soon Ja Kim for the addition of a portico on her single family dwelling at 189 Warburton Avenue. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning district and is known as SBL: 4.130-138-11 on the Village Tax Maps.
3. Site Plan Approval – Application of Julia Dyckman Andrus Memorial for the relocation of an existing generator from the interior of one dwelling to the exterior of that dwelling located on their complex at 1156 North Broadway. Said property is located in the R-20 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.140-150-2 on the Village Assessment Roll.
