Item IV - NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Application of Sergio Petruolo for Site Plan Approval, as per Section 295-104 A(3), for
the documentation and enlargement of an existing one-bedroom apartment in his legal 3-family
dwelling unit located at 105 Washington Avenue. Said property is located in the MR-1.5 Zoning
District and is known as SBL: 4.80-60-18 on the Village Tax Maps. (No variances are required for this
additional dwelling unit.)
2. Application of Peter Vikar & Elizabeth Rizzo (contract vendee) for Steep Slopes Approval,
as per Sections 249-4 of the Village code, for a new dwelling on their property located at 0 Hollywood
Drive. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.20-17-2.2 on the
Village Tax Maps.
