1. Site Plan Approval – Application of the Hastings House Tenants Corp for a proposed storm water system for their multi- family
residential property located at 765 N. Broadway. Said property is in the MR-2.5 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.10-1-13 on the
Village Tax Maps.
2. Site Plan Approval – Application of 7 Farragut Ministry LLC for a proposed ADA ramp and an ADA wheelchair lift on their commercial
property and Church at 7 Farragut Avenue. Said property is located in the R-7.5 Zoning District and is known as SBL:4.80-62-3.1 on
the Village Tax Maps.
3. Steep Slopes Approval – Application of Lawrence & Deborah May for a new swimming pool and retaining walls on their property
located at 60 Edgars Lane. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.40-27-22 on the Village Tax
Maps.
